Inner Mixologist, LLC ("Inner Mixologist," "we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of South Carolina. We sell curated cocktail and mocktail experience kits and related products through our website at www.innermixologist.com (the "Site").

By accessing the Site or completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts if we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colors, packaging, and contents are subject to change. Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact contents of each kit.

Our kits are intended for use with alcohol, which is not included. You are solely responsible for the lawful acquisition and responsible use of any alcoholic beverages used in connection with our products.

All orders are processed through our secure checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By placing an order, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card information.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Inner Mixologist reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in the event of suspected fraud.

We offer a Monthly subscription plan. By enrolling in the Monthly plan, you agree to an initial commitment period of three (3) months. During this period, you will be charged each month and may not cancel before the three-month commitment is fulfilled.

After the initial commitment period, your subscription continues on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle begins. To cancel, contact us at cheers@innermixologist.com.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.

We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order shows as delivered but has not been received, please contact your carrier and then reach out to us.

We want you to love every Inner Mixologist experience. Our return policy is as follows:

• Unopened kits: We accept returns on kits where all ingredients remain unopened and unused, within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• Damaged items: If your kit arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged item(s) to cheers@innermixologist.com within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will replace the damaged item(s) at no additional charge.
• Opened kits: We cannot accept returns on kits where any ingredient has been opened or used.
• Subscription boxes: Subscription orders are non-refundable once shipped.

To initiate a return, please contact us at cheers@innermixologist.com before shipping anything back.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, kit designs, recipes, and the Inner Mixologist name and brand — is the property of Inner Mixologist, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to use this Site to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

Our products and Site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not provide health, medical, or safety advice regarding the consumption of alcohol. Please drink responsibly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Mixologist, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services (including Stripe for payments) is governed by their respective terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.
